Processing purposes

Ingrid Vekemans Photography collects and processes customer's personal data for customer and order management (including client administration, follow-up of orders / deliveries, invoicing, and sending marketing). Ingrid Vekemans Photography collects and processes the personal details of people who have registered specifically for the newsletter. The newsletter is sent as soon as new workshops or safaris are published on the website or in case of new products or special offers. Ingrid Vekemans Photography stores the IP address of the sender of the contact forms on the website in order to identify spammers; the IP address stored in this way is not shared with third parties.

Personal data are processed on the basis of Article 6.1 [(a) (permission) for persons who have registered specifically for the newsletter and (f) (necessary for looking after our legitimate interest to undertake) for customers] of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Only data that are necessary for the execution of the services of Ingrid Vekemans Photography are kept. Storage period

Mailchimp and our newsletter

The services of Mailchimp are used for the newsletter. In order for the newsletter to be sent by Mailchimp, your e-mail address is shared with Mailchimp and stored on servers outside the EU. Mailchimp uses this information in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Mailchimp also uses certain technologies, such as pixels and web beacons, in the newsletters sent via Mailchimp.
