Uganda - Gorillas, chimpanzees and more

This 11 day photo safari focuses on gorilla and chimpanzee photography, although we also have time for a safari and will be in search of the famous shoebill.

By spending a long time with the chimpanzees, having ample opportunity for feedback and tips, and by including two gorilla treks (private for our group), we maximize chances of returning home with great photos.

Furthermore Uganda is famous for being home to the shoe-billed stork in Mabamba Swamp and the tree-climbing lions of Queen Elizabeth National Park. These two locations are on our route, so they complete the trip perfectly.

There are only 5 places available and booking will be closed on 31 January 2020 (unless the trip is full before that time).

Practical info:

This trip focuses entirely on wildlife photography.

You are 11 days on the spot. Calculate extra days for the international flights!

We have two 4x4 vehicles at our disposal in Queen Elizabeth National Park, giving everybody ample space to photograph comfortably. For the remainder of the trip we will be using one extended 4x4 vehicle as transport between the different locations.

Accommodation is in comfortable to luxury lodges and tented camps. All have private bathroom (shower, toilet), charging facilities, and provide delicious meals.

More details and complete itinerary are available by clicking the ‘more info’ button at the top of this page.
